Abbey Tile Supplies Ltd

We found Abbey Tile Supplies at the Ideal Home Show having been looking for nice affordable patio tiles for ages. We had been looking at granite, but with Abbey, were able to afford porcelain. The tiles were delivered, undamaged and on time. We had a number of questions about the right way to fit them and the correct grouting etc. Each time I phoned, I found them very patient, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We are very happy with the product and the whole experience and would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone.

I purchased some wood effect flooring for my kitchen sometime ago (3 years plus) and was very impressed with the service and quality of the product. When I decided to have a conservatory built I thought it would be great to have the same tile again. Like most people I couldn’t remember what they where called and I could not find my receipt, but the lady in the showroom was very helpful and found my previous order and was able to supply me with the same tile. Thank you Abbey my Kitchen and conservatory look fantastic.

Having spent over £4000 on tiles for our ner house from Abbey Tiles, I expected a little more courtesy and professionalism.
The delivery lorry failed to arrive with our first delivery, so the tiles could not be fitted when we had our tiler booked for. We had to rebook our tiler. The second delivery of tiles arrived but was 4 boxes short of their measurements, meaning my bathroom was left incomplete.
When I asked to order more tiles, the manager Robert talked over me, would not let me speak then hung up on me. He called back and that that his 'finger slipped!' Unbelieveably digusting treatment towards a customer who has spent over £4000 on their tiles.
Avoid this company at all costs! Highly unprofessional. We have been let down, and are very dissapointed.
