Excellent gym

Fantastic run gym. Very helpful and friendly. All staff are welcoming and support and lots of advice and support around your gym needs. I’m so glad the gym is back open and all the work that has been done over lock down looks amazing, it’s very clean and effective.

Abbey Sports and Leisure poor Custumer Service

I went to look around Abbey Sports and Leisure in Leicester and I was given very poor customers service. After waiting a while (receptionist forgot I was still waiting) I was shown around by a reluctant staff member who seemed more annoyed that she had to leave the bar area where she was chatting to her mates. I'm not someone who like complaining but I was shocked with how bad the customer service was or lack of it. The tour didn't even last a minute, it was 'this is the swimming pool, sauna and this is the gym..good bye'. I wasn't even asked what I thought or would I like to join. Obviously business must be good at Abbey Sports otherwise this would not have happened. I would rather go somewhere else then give my money to Abbey Sports and Leisure
