I would strongly advice that you do not use this taxi firm. I pre-booked a taxi for 4.15 a.m to take us to the airport and it did not turn up. I rang the company up and was told that the taxi was waiting outside the house. I pointed out that it was not waiting and was then told that it would arrive very soon. I asked how long it would be and was told that I would be rang back to let me know. I then asked if they wanted my phone number and was told no and the phone was put down. At this point I realised that the company had no intention of honouring my booking which had been made two weeks in advance.
We hurriedly got the car out to drive to the airport, having then to pay a parking fee of £127. This company acted in an irresponsible and uncaring manner which could quite easily have cost us our holiday. Please do not use them.

Do not use this taxi company! We pre booked the taxi and it arrived half and hour late. Initially we were understanding because it had been snowing. Once in the taxi it became very clear that the driver had not idea how to drive in the conditions presented to him. He was speeding down icy roads and skidding the taxi. He drove through flooded parts of the road almost aquaplaning the car when it could have been easily avoided. He drove 50 MPH on 40MPH zone. He answered his phone whilst driving NOT USING A HANDS FREE. On reaching our destination the meter in the taxi showed that the fare would be £18.50 as quoted by dispatch but insisted that it would be half as much more than shown on the meter but said he would accept £20 for the journey. He did not end his call whilst discussing the fare transaction either. All in all a dangerous driver, who tried to overcharge and was rude. I advise that you use one of the other available taxi services in the Nottingham Area
