Bob is professional, knowledgeable, efficient, reliable and friendly. He responded straight away to the issue we had and explained clearly what needed to be done, including cost. He always phoned before a visit so we knew when to expect him and always arrived when he said he would. This is an excellent service and we would highly recommend it to anyone needing pest control.

Quick, Friendly, Affordable

Within 24 of calling about a wasps nest in our attic, we had a time arranged and were visted by James.
He was very friendly and easy to talk to, he talked us through the process and answered all of our questions. Within 10 minutes he had solved the problem and was on his way.
At half the price as and twice as fast as another company we looked we cannot recommend this service enough!

Excellent service from the first phone call onwards. Very reassuring and professional and so friendly and understanding. They explained everything, including costs and time scales, upfront and checked on all our worries and concerns. Obviously really experienced but they bring the personal touch that is needed when dealing with people who are worried about pests. I can't recommend this business highly enough and would use them again, no hesitation. Thank you all.

Brilliant and professional service from Bob and James. They calmly assessed the problem we had with honey bees and came out within 2 hours. Also great value for money. Would definitely recommend.
