Indifferent and lazy party wall surveyor

I'd like to know what this guy actually does for his money. I've been watching as my partner not only battles our bullish neighbours but also a downright lazy party wall surveyor who chooses to sit on fence with any issue we have. After spending thousands of pounds to be protected by any breech of the conditions set out at the beginning of the neighbour's build, the party wall award is not worth the paper it's written on. I suggest anyone looking for a surveyor goes elsewhere.

Although I only knew the principle surveyor for a few weeks & have never met him....& am not easily pleased, but I was totally impressed with smooth and highly professional way my file was taken care of. (I shopped around before choosing this company & am happy that I saved enough to treat myself to a nice handbag too). Ms H Guest.
