Wouldnt recommend

Terrible time management, if you book an appointment be prepared to wait an extra 40/50 minutes. There is honestly no point in their booking system because they don't ask for a name and just allow walk-ins and also let them go before you even though you booked.
They like to go on their phones and have customers just sat there waiting which is really awkward.
And they're not in the 21st century and accept card payments which is suspicious.
The only reason they get 2 stars is because their nails are ok

Not impressed

After being recommended to A&A nails I was not impress I had a full set nude chrome but was barely any shine at all basically nude nails and for some reason the technician filed
Underneath the nail taking half the fake nail off and leaving half on I thought it looked messy for £43 wasn’t impressed at all sadly disappointed

bad experience

i booked an appointment at 4pm and arrived here at that time i then waited a extra 40 minutes to be even sat at a table once i sat down i waited a extra 20 minutes. they tried over charging when they have their prices on their wall. they then asked me to wait 10 minutes half way through which turned into me waiting 30 minutes instead of 10 and in that time the woman did a whole set on another lady, all together my nail appointment didn’t finish till 7oclock when all i got was ombré short nails. it wasn’t busy either.
