AAA Road Rescue

Picked up my car from this place Yesterday paid almost £600 Charge which was not agreed we agreed £425 if I came before 12pm which I did but the man at reception was sure he had made a mistake on the phone which isn’t the main issue BUT furthermore I got given the car with both windows down (it’s rained near enough everyday) 10 days and damage to the Car which definitely was not their when it was taken as I was at the location when my vehicle was getting put on the recovery truck and nothing happened then so it must have accrued whilst putting car down at their premises which they are not admitting or taking any complaints. My Car was definitely picked up with a forklift whilst being here as damage proofs Also I had the car on a ramp and exhaust, wishbone and steering rack have been ripped out (Obviously by the forklift) WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING!!

Cannot rate this local company enough! They provided fast help to my mum and even managed to fix the issue with her car. Such a lovely local man would highly recommend. Thank you so much ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Disgusting behaviour and attitude presented by the staff demanding extra charge after we arrive or we cannot take our car which would just raise another extra charge appalling behaviour by the woman herself which seemed to be quiet intimidating she was firstly speaking rudely and then started to physically rush us out and claiming she’s not going to give our car back and seemed to be very disrespectful I would never ever consider taking your car to such a awful and ill mannered place.

My car was towed away by triple aaa clayton. When I picked the car up it was damaged and seemed as if they had been dragging it around on a fork lift as I had the keys with me. They used the wish bone to tie the car and drag it on the recovery truck. My car is now nackard. Please be aware.

Well what can i say....after having a major melt down after my car wheel fell off and left me stranded and ended up in a cop car. These guys were amazing. Was picked up and transported to the yard by a lovely guy who showed me way to the office to decide what to do with the vehicle. After having another melt down in the office the lovely lady and guy made me feel welcome and made me a brew and cheered me up abit by having a banter. Great set off guys and would highly recommend these in any situation. Felt miles better after dealing with these and was made to feel at ease after feeling very scared. Thanks guys great work and keep it up and thanks for all your help. Top notch
