Horrible service

Could not get a hold of them and they left me hanging at the early hours of the morning with no transport to the station to get to my flight. Terrible customer service and very disappointing. Will never be booking with this company again. Avoid at all costs

Worst taxi service, never book it again

I have booked a 6 seater airport taxi, but they sent a 4 seater which cannot accommodate all of us and the luggages. Tried to call the company but they were not helpful but asked me to pay extra if I need another car. This was ridiculous for us to pay extra as this is not our fault.

Eventually one of my family had to take bus for 3 hours on his own as there was no room on the taxi. While we still had to pay the taxi as the driver has already arrived.

This was an absolute nightmare when you have to deal with this after a long flight. I would ask everyone DONT use their service.

Not friendly, they don’t accommodate the customers needs, never found an available car on Sunday. They will also charge you extra if you have one item with you! I will never use them again. Many thanks
