Absolutely no customer care.
1Unfortunately the customer didnt call us till 4 weeks after we cleaned the windows the window in question was her kitchen window directly in front of her sink when I went to see what the damage was there were brillo pads with bird mess on them on the kitchen window sill she had obviously tried to clean the bird mess off her self but tried to blame us We even sent a window specialist round who confirmed it was done with a brillo pad we would have gladly sorted any problem out if we had done it
