Booked taxi a day in advance. Driver arrives 15 minutes late, gets me to the coach station 5 minutes late, causing me to miss my coach, then threatens to not let go of my luggage because I wanted a refund and claim coach rebooking fees.

When I called the reception to complain the receptionist came up with every conceivable excuse to blame me for the delay.

Very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. If you value your money and peace of mind then avoid this business at all costs.

Driver was 30 mins late, took the longest route possible and went the wrong way 3 times on route slowing us down further. Late to our event… driver aggressive on arrival when reached destination as unhappy to pay full price for fare. Countless times to contact manager to complain and have just been ignored. Awful service

I ordered a taxi to the station an hour before I needed to leave. They were fifteen minutes late and didn't let me know, I had to call to chase where it was. By the time the taxi got here and took me to the station I had missed my train. I managed to switch to a later one and called wanting to book a taxi, expecting it to be free, but was told because I didn't book it 24 hours in advance I wouldn't be entitled to a refund/free trip. Even though I called an hour before and you're the reason I missed my train. Pathetic. Do not use this service they don't care about customer service, only money.

Taxi was booked, driver rang after 15 minutes saying he was 2 minutes away. A taxi arrived 2 minutes later and we got in. It was actually the wrong taxi but we didn’t realise till we had driven off. 9 minutes later, despite saying he was 2 minutes away, the actual taxi arrived. Text me saying outside, I told him we were picked up already. He rang 5 times, I answered and explained it was a mistake. He shouted multiple times that we cannot book 2 taxis, I said I didn’t we got in the wrong one which arrived when he said he was arriving. Continued shouting and being abusive, called us st*pid idi*ots and never to book again then hung up. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, especially when picking up from a hospital.
