After months of wrestling with a troublesome patio door lock which finally stopped working I called AA Lock & Key. Craig arrived within a couple of hours and swiftly fixed the problem. It was a pleasure to deal with someone who obviously cares about their trade and customers. Can't recommend highly enough!

The service of Bristol Locksmiths - AA Lock & Key is excellent. Craig is responsive and reliable. We have our front door & garden doors’ locks changed. He also helped to check and change the garage door after on-site enquiry & inspection. Craig is informative and very helpful. The price is reasonable with service exceeding our expectations. We called Craig out as my father-in-laws lock on his door was broken, Craig was there in less than 24, fixed the lock, no fuss and at a cheap price. Excellent work, I would use again and definitely recommend.,Called Craig out as my father in laws lock was broken and he was there in less than 24 hours. Very quick, excellent standard of work and very reasonable price, would use again and definitely recommend.

Excellent service

I rarely write reviews but felt AA locksmiths deserve a mention. My back door lock broke yesterday. I managed to get it temporarily locked by another company but wanted further advice on how to fix it properly so I contacted Craig at AA.

He was able to fix my lock properly giving good advice on what was actually wrong with the lock. The gear box was broken which he quickly sorted out with a replacement. He was friendly and made me feel at ease and confident he was doing a good job. His costs are very reasonable and I would definitely recommend him.
