A2B Taxis Newquay

My advise is to choose another service operating from Newquay. They failed to turn up for an early morning flight from Newquay causing me to nearly miss my flight. When I called to request an explanation, told I would be called back but got nothing.

!!!!!!!DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.!!!!! They just cancel your taxi without caring about the inconvenience they could course you. !!!!!!!DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.!!!!!

I pre-booked 2 journeys a few days before they were required as I knew Newquay would be busy. The outward journey was fine, cab turned up, good journey, all fine. However, the return was a completely different story. It was booked for 5.30 pm. We were at a small venue in the middle of nowhere. When we came out at 5.30 pm, there was a text on my 'phone saying "The driver could not find a passenger to collect!! Pls call back if you still need a car". It transpired that he had arrived 15 mins early, spoke to some random chap, said he had a taxi for Linda, chap said "not me" and so the driver left. Unbelievable that the cab driver relied on the response of a random stranger and did not have the sense to ask one of the organisers at the venue. It's a very small place in the middle of nowhere and there were only 12 people so not a massive crowd. Needless to say getting hold of a taxi was impossible and no response from A2B at all. Deeply disappointed and would never use again.
