There is no call out charge as such as i charge from where i am to your location and return journey.
Vehicle specific Diagnostics available which basically means the same level of information the Main dealers have for your vehicle.
Most independent garages will have generic diagnostics which will access many systems but often don't have an in depth access to main keys systems such as security, comfort, safety systems which the dealers will change a lot for remedial work.
Renault can clip diagnostic tool which will work on Renault, Dacia & Samsung.
MB STAR C3 Diagnostic scanner for Mercedes Benz vehicles,Cars , Vans, Unimog's , Smart cars , MB Trucks
VW VAG tool for VW ,Audi,Seat and Skoda

Generic diagnostics tool which may or may not work on your vehicle, if you bring the car to me there is no charge to attempt a connection. i would say a 90% connection rate for generic diagnostics.
