Came and tiled my bathroom did an amazing job I absolutely love it. Polite and friendly lads also very professional can’t recommend them enough.

Wouldn’t have given 1 star as should have known really…
Sat in 3 times to have no shows just for quotes.
Bought in the tiles (which is have limited time to take back to get a refund), lifted the existing floor and done the donkey work to help sean out… waited weeks for these two days booked in for him to tile the hall and took my only annual leave all year from work for this job to get yet another no show… messaged twice and ring twice to get no response… how is that fair or professional. Just wish sean could have been upfront so I haven’t lost money, time and annual leave let alone effort of doing 2 days of graft myself so he didn’t have too despite that work being included in the price - all for no reason…
Happens too often that these trades get other work and just let others down along the way, it’s not right… thought A1 wasn’t a company like that but clearly worse, sorry I hate negativity but it’s not right.
