I have been using Afzal as a surveyor over the last several years and I really don't go to any other surveyor for my building surveys or valuations. As a surveyor he is second to none. His reports are always thorough, intuitive, engaging and provide a relief knowing one of the finest surveyors in the country has had a look over a property I am looking to purchase. He has been a qualified surveyor for over 30 years and has surveyed all sorts of properties for my business associates and I, ranging from castles, equestrian facilities, Churches and Chapels, commercial buildings, industrial properties as well as residential. He is a hard working man and one who deserves my business and hopefully yours too. I wish him well. A true gentlemen in every sense of the word.

My boyfriend and I commissioned a survey when buying a flat together in a LGBTQ friendly complex. We must say, we were amazed at the speed in which the survey appointment date was set and how quickly such a detailed report came back to us within a matter of days. We simply filled out an online form and then paid an invoice electronically via email and then waited for the report which was emailed a few days later after the survey date. We couldn't have asked for a more professional and technically minded service and report respectively. More than happy to recommend their fantastic service to others.

Probably one of the most professional surveyors I have ever used. I buy property regularly and I have used many surveyors in the past. However, this company stands out for me. Especially Afzal Shabir the surveyor who undertook my survey. I have never seen a more in depth and decisive report than this. It was detailed with technical findings about the property and gave me a lot of aftercare advice in terms of potential defects. I was very impressed after reading this survey report and will definitely make A1 Surveyors my go to firm for Building and Home Surveys. Well done. Highly recommend!

Quick turnaround of the report

Quick turnaround of the report within several days from survey. The survey was easy to book and was quickly scheduled in for inspection. I didnt need to do anything except pay the invoice and wait for the report. The A1 team handled all the calls between estate agents and the seller. So all in all, a very smooth experience. the report was insightful and detailed. Would thoroughly recommend their services.
