Fantastic Customer Service
5Gerry was so helpful and patient and helped us when we bought a Woodpro cabin. He made the whole process so much easier throughout and even when it was delivered he was on hand to offer advice. We would highly recommend A1 Sheds!
Understanding when i needed to cancel
5However, before I could receive delivery of my shed my landscaper left the country without notice. This meant that I would have had no place to put my new shed. As such I emailed A1 sheds who were very understanding and responded quickly. They allowed me to cancel my order as it had not gone into production yet and offered me a full refund on my deposit which was very kind of them. In times like these given the situation with covid, things are more complex and may not always work out perfectly, I am grateful for A1 sheds for understanding this.
These are very strange and difficult times for everyone, so thank you... initially for your understanding regarding the delay, and again for your kind review. Hopefully we can be of service again at some point in the future.
