5Lady answering phone was very manerable and pleasant as was the two engineers who arrived next day to unblock drainage system, work done in less than 1 hour, no mess, no fuss and reasonable price..

5I can't comment as to whether the price I paid was the normal. But for the fatberg they had to remove created by at most 6 flats if not more. I found it acceptable. Especially in this heat.
