Bad customer service

Extremely rude! Told me he couldn’t repair for over a week and when I asked if he could recommend anyone else he hung up the phone. Tried to call back but no answer!

I told you i could not help you because i was going on holiday the next day and you said that was unacceptable, i then gave the advice to find someone else and i then said thank you good bye, pity you never see tv programs on rogue customers !
