Established in April 2001, A1 Digital has evolved from being primarily a repairer of satellite equipment to an established repairer, installer and retailer of satellite and aerial equipment for both domestic and commercial customers.

Based in Exeter, our installers cover the whole of the South West from Cornwall to South Wales. In addition to this we have a network of installers covering most of the United Kingdom.

Keith Brown is the proprietor of the business and since qualifying as an electronics engineer several years previously, gained knowledge and expertise through his employment with a major satellite distributor. Keith is also a Registered Digital Installer with full accreditation to carry out digital installations and upgrades.

We have over 14 years’ experience in the industry and are constantly committed to providing customers with the most up to date solutions, information and after care.

A1 Digital - A1 Service

We are leaving Exeter and realised this is a review we ought to have left. Keith is just great. We have used him in both the houses we've lived in here, and he has always been really helpful and pleasant. His work is always spot on, and he's been really brilliant when we've been hopeless at working out the Freesat programming too! Kate - in the office - is always helpful and friendly.
We are relocating to Hampshire - I doubt we'll get another engineer as great again.
