We are a long established company in Royal Borough of Kingston, and have been operating since 1988 with a fleet of over 25 drivers.

Our fleet of professional drivers are well presented with executive and standard cars including: MPV's, Estate cars and Saloons.

All vehicles and drivers are licensed and fully insured. We are licensed and authorised by Public Carriage office to carry passengers.

We are a local Taxi company providing service to the local community for over 20 years. We specialise in Airport Transfers, Business travel, Short & long distance journeys and also provide a Courier service. All our drivers are experienced with good knowledge of local and national areas.

Anti baby

Not great.
Asked to be picked up and they said they could do now until they found out I had a baby (which they have car seats) and the man just decided to change his mind instantly.
I was at Kingston hospital and needed to get home and all he said the minute he found out I had a baby was ‘oh no sorry no car now’
I have personally seen a good amount of car seats with them so they lie and just don’t want a baby onboard.

Hi there, I am so sorry about your experience with us yesterday. Could you please help track your booking so I can investigate to what has happened. Like you said we have many baby seats which we offer for our customers free of charge. I’m sure there’s been a misunderstanding and I’ll do all it takes to sort this matter out.

Last two bookings arrived very late

Used them a few times and happy to support a local company, but on last two occasions drivers have been over 20 mins late. The last booking 25 mins late with no apology, drove very badly and took a route that showed no local knowledge. Sorry guys, but reluctantly it will have to be Uber in future.

Waste of time and space

Unprofessional and unreliable. Made a booking in advance and at the requested time the driver did not showed up. Contacted the head office and was told driver was running late. Requested to be called back when driver was nearby whilst we waited and waited, and did not hear anything for around 30mins so we ended up catching public transport. I didn't even get a follow up call in the end nor an apology. A1 Cars are a waste of time and space.

Excellent service. Had problems getting to work from south western trains cancellations, strikes and engineering works. Only have to wait minutes, polite drivers and luxury cars.
