Called Arthur to see if he would put a new tap in our kitchen sink! he text back straight away to say that either he or Chris would be round the following morning first thing, Chris came just before 9 and started work straight away, he also sorted a leak we had under the sink, the tap was causing lots of water to run at the back plus all over our hands when he turned it on (water coming not just at the nozzle) anyway Chris put the new tap on, sorted the leak and sorted another way of turning the water off because the stop tap was under a corner unit and really bad to get to, very reasonable and we will be getting them back to sort some excess water outside! we need another drain. We would always recommend, they are worth a call as theyv helped us out with most things around the house, fire, bath, boiler, tap etc

We have used Arthurs family firm many times now since we moved into the bungalow 3 years ago, for servicing the gas fire, servicing the boiler and just recently had a new bath fitted, both parents are elderly and not a lover of showers so we had the shower cubicle removed with the panelling and a new bath and panelling replaced, its super, Chris (Arthurs nephew) also put a matching tap on the basin and also put a new shower rail and curtain up, it didnt take long and he was very professional and remained within the social distance rules. We will be getting a new bath chair lift from social services tomorrow so both of them can enjoy a bath. It only took 3 days and that was for the removal of the old cubicle and wallboards and for putting the new bath in, we got a quote and mam was happy with the price, Arthur came to view the job first to get an idea of what we wanted and Chris was happy to start the job the following week! wonderful we just wish we would have had done sooner

Drove less than 100yards from a neighbour where he was doing a job Fixed a small leak in a copper pipe in less than an hour and charged £125. He didn't have any change so accepted £120. No receipt give so I suppose no tax paid by him. Not good.
