Very prompt communication from inital quote through to work starting, updates during, and clearing the job. Everything happened to the timescales that were explained and it was a quick turnaround. I had a leak that has been a massive problem causing serious interior damage to our house and the insurance company would not entertain it because it was “wear and tear / neglect” and not storm damage.
