We recently had a patio supplied and laid by AWBS and the service from start to finish was excellent. All employees that we dealt with were polite and respected that they were working at our property. The work was carried out to a high standard and was completed in the timeframe that they said even though the weather was not on their side. We would have no hesitation in recommending AWBS to anyone.

I have had poor service from AWBS. I ordered a bulk bag of shingle to be delivered to my property, which is located in a large shared courtyard with allocated parking. When the driver attempted to deliver, they couldn't gain access through to the car park. They took the gravel away and although the driver phoned I couldn't answer due to being at work. When I called the company on my lunchbreak the employee abruptly asked for my bank details so they could refund me. I explained that I didn't want the refund, but asked them to confirm why he couldn't access. Due to poor communication, I had to contact the company 3 times to clarify the access issue. I resolved the access issue with my neighbours on the day the delivery was due but the driver did not follow instructions to leave the gravel in my space; but in another neighbour's space. When I called to explain this, the manager was incredibly rude to me, refusing to do anything about it and threatened to remove the gravel out of spite.
