I recently attended a funeral of a much loved family member, whilst I did not organise the funeral, my sisters did and had a very positive experience and spoke extremely highly of the service they experienced. I came across the Undertakers at the funeral itself and found the funeral directors to be friendly, professional and respectful, talking us through all aspects of the day. Otherwise this could have been a much more traumatic day. They respected the deceased and our family and at the end presented us with a memory box including a packet of forget me not seeds - which will be a long lasting memory of the day and our loved one. This was a very thoughtful gesture and was much appreciated.
