James came round and provided a competitive quote, we used his company and are delighted we did. It was easy to communicate with James about an estimated date and then he confirmed.

On the day James and his team were brilliant, they fitted our doors and windows and spent time cleaning them after, they were both very friendly and delivered a great service, we would recommend to everyone.

James and A Touch of Glass have been a pleasure to deal with. On 3 ocassions I have had blown windows and a broken patio door. They are leaded windows and a lot of companies did not want to know when I rang them and mentioned this. I got in touch with James who said, no problem.
I live in a rural location but James has come out, measured up, gone away got the units made and come back and fitted them.
It is great to know there are still some small businesses who go the extra mile for thier customers.
James and his company do an excellent job and will not let you down. First class.

So pleased with our new portch. What a pleasure to use a local family run business. Trustworthy and friendly. Not only was the work completed very quickly but also the area was left clean and tidy during the build. Would thoroughly recommend James and his team at touch of glass to anyone looking for new windows, glazing, portch or conservatory work.

Great quality windows and service.

Used touch of glass for replacement windows in our new house. Found them to be very reasonably priced. The windows were really lovely. Good quality and we have had many compliments from neighbours as they look great. James and his team were very professional and cleaned up afterwards. Even hoovering up any mess. I would definitely use them again in our next home if windows are needed. (Seems every home I move to needs windows!).

Highly recommended and very professional

Very happy with our new windows and the service. We received a fair quote, no hard sale. The windows were as agreed and the fitting was quick, tidy and professional. Would definitely recommend A Touch of Glass to anyone thinking of new windows/doors.
