Poor

Wasted over an hour of our time as we turned up for a test drive a few minutes early to find someone else driving away in it - for a test drive! We hung around for 45 minutes and eventually went into the office to be told it was sold. We don’t rate their customer courtesy and wouldn’t recommend anyone go near the place if this treatment is normal. If they can’t be trusted to honour an appointment then I’d worry about making a purchase from them. Bought many cars over 50 years but never ever been treated like this.
