Unreliable

Booked a minibus for a airport transfer from Birmingham to Heathrow, drop off was fine, however on our return 2 weeks later their driver failed to turn up. We were told to contact him as soon as we landed, which we did only to find his mobile switched off. In hindsight you would think their office would be able to contact their own driver, Oddly enough he wasn't answering their phone calls either, So there we were left stranded after a 12 hour flight and 3 children. Being a group of 10 we eventually resorted to having to book 3 separate taxis to get us home. After confronting the company they were wholly unsympathetic, to add insult to injury we were told we should have waited for a few more hours until another minibus was sent out to collect us which would have resulted in costing us an extra £ 300. Overall a nightmare experience, definitely wouldn't book with them again and wouldn't recommend either.

its beter if tell the truth pete.1 you didnt paid for return journey which you suppose to pay cash to the drive but you didnt trust us and refused to pay for return journey, the driver made it clear to you no payment no return,what do you expect us send our driver from birmingham to heathrow without payment,
