Absolute joke.

DO NOT USE! I would give a zero. Booked a cab for new year eve through the castle hotel Eynsford. They decided to cancel our cab 4 days before and told the hotel to let us know as they couldn’t be bothered. When I called to complain they were unsympathetic and said they don’t travel that far from Crayford but was willing to take our booking in the 1st place and even received email confirmation

Feedback

I have been using ASAP cars regularly for over 1 year now. Service is good. Drivers, bar 1, are great. Lovely Asian female driver, very pleasant. Drivers always offer / carry my shopping bags to my front door

Big shout out to their front desk operator **Michelle Jackson**. Always pleasant when I call 2/3 times a week to book a taxi. Lovely lady

AVOID!!

Booked a return trip and they quoted me a price. During the drive up I was told to pay cash because they apparently charge you extra for paying by card or online?! Then on the way back they didn’t track my flight correctly causing the driver to travel up twice and on my return they said that the price quoted was per journey even though I confirmed the leave for a return trip. I had both the driver and the person on the phone berating me to pay extra even though that wasn’t what I was quoted. They don’t have invoices and they have NO COMPLAINTS PROCESS nor do they respond to emails. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Avoid at all costs

Completely unreliable waste of space. Avoid at all cost. Booked the night before for 0650 pick up to Bexley station. No show at appointed time. Phoned and told still trying to wake driver and could be with me within half an hour.
Maybe the train and hospital appointment could wait for this firm to get their act together!
You have been warned.
