DO NOT GO!

I went here yesterday to get my iPhone 6s repaired, i am only 14. He took it from me and charged £50 which i thought was reasonable for it and he refused to give me a receipt from it. 15 minutes later it was done so you can probably already tell its not going to be great. it was working fine until i got home, the phone was doing things without me wanting to. taking me off snapchat and opening recent calls and ringing people, or opening my settings, i thought maybe if i update my phone to the latest one it will stop so i put it on to update over night to wake up to the touch-screen completely not working and ive reset it 5/6 times and nothing. i would never go here again and definitely as you have no proof he had done it as you do not get receipt or anything.

😧😢😢shocking

I would suggest no one ever under no circumstances go to this Mobile Shop the most dreadful experience ever.
The manager was obnoxious rude and very much intimidating and a bully and throughout created a language barrier by communicating with family member and another shopper in another language and laughing at my expense
All for the sake of a faulty charger which I purchased and tried to return within 24 hours.

As a visitor visiting Worcester this experience left me shaken and horrified of such customer service and made me so relieved to be going back to train station and back to my home city.

Judging from previous reviews the majority of comments are negative which is not surprising under no circumstances I would suggests anyone use this shop the guy his a monster.

Reflecting back on the experience it was almost like it was not acceptable for a young woman to challenge her rights or to confront his service or behaviour. Completely wrong.
