Excellent service throughout. Phoned on the Monday regarding an issue that's been ongoing for nine months, engineer visited on the Wednesday at a time that suited me meaning I didn't have to take time off work, ordered a part which arrived the next day and worked around me to come and fit it on the Thursday afternoon as well. And all for a very reasonable price.

We had a problem with hot water and heating after a job SSE did on a leaky pipe and old pump. When another SSE representative came out he said that we would either need to flush our system or replace everything, and that would cost us £800 to several grand. We called AR Will. That evening Bob came out and had a look at the system. The very next day he came out again with the parts he needed and fixed it. He explained every step of the way what he was doing and why. He managed to rectify mistakes made by SSE. On top of this the electrician, Duncan, came out and put in an earthing wire a few days prior because SSE had refused to do any extra work, stating the electrics were unsafe.

What had taken us several weeks to never get to the bottom of with SSE took less than 24 hours with AR Will. Would thoroughly recommend.

Charged me £350 to replace a circuit board in a boiler,which they didn't actually fit and also charged for a further 2 call outs in which they failed to repair it.At on of the visits in which he was in the property no more than 15 minutes as then it had started worked again on its own.They billed me for 2 hours labour.
So atfer charging me about £500 in total ,I landed having to scrap the boiler.
They obviousley didn't get my buisness for a new one ! Absolute crooks ! be warned !

As other's have said,very poor plumbers and will recharge you to come back and fix their work that they failed to fix correctly first time and very high charges,so make your own mind up on them !!!

It's been a while since we had need for a plumber but have had excellent service twice in as many weeks for a couple of (unrelated) issues. Easy to contact by phone, prompt attendance and reasonable pricing for work done. Hopefully be a while before we need a plumber again - but know who to contact when we do.
