A.P.S Plumbing & Drainage

I saw their advertisement in the Oracle and gave them a call. We had a lovely chap come right round to look at our problem (a leaking pipe). He said the office would be in touch with a quote. Sadly we needed to chase them 3 times for the quote. When I asked for that in writing I was promised they would email me ‘today’ three days in a row. As this point, I gave up.

Everyone I dealt with was lovely. But it was a waste of time, when we had an ongoing leak. If they didn’t want the work I’d have been really happy for them to just say so. Then I could have got on with contacting another company.
