A good general builder

This builder has done many jobs for us over a number of years following a recommendation. We have always been pleased with his work and he is our first port of call for a variety of jobs from knocking down an internal load-bearing wall to fitting a new cloakroom suite. Whilst he always gives an estimate rather than a firm quotation, we have always found his final invoice to be fair and additional costs are highlighted as they occur. He always keeps mess to a minimum and clears up as he works. We would have no hesitation recommending him to friends.
