After being a loyal customer for 7 years they increased the price of my domestic clean by 59% (£58 to £92) at 1 weeks notice. I understand business costs will have increased due to Covid 19 but a 59% increase for a 90 min clean is just seeking to exploit loyal customers. As this company has grown I feel focus is on making as must profit as possible not quality service at a fair price. I also have used them as commercial cleaners of work premises . Standard of clean was variable depending on which team of cleaners attended. I would not recommend .
