They just throw your parcel into the stair (literally throw it) leaving the goods damaged and in the way for anyone needing to go in or out of the building. They are incredibly rude and ableist, obviously hating anyone with disabilities. Have contacted their customer service team about this, but they’re as hateful as their drivers.

This company tells lies over the phone pretending they have tried to deliver to your door. Then emails with same lies and don’t deliver when they say so I spent more time calling them to get more lies how my delivery seemingly had to be postponed because they couldn’t fit it on a van it was an fire surround. They said call next day I called, lies again about how their freight has not arrived. Shocking terrible company AVOID

Ordered meats from a butcher who went through APC Glasgow, I received a tracking number which worked one day and not the next. The day after this I emailed the butchers and they said it’s been delivered and signed by someone called Gary, now I’m not Gary and neither is my flatmate and I could not find hide or hair of my order.

As well you can see from other review sites this depot has scathing reviews and the butchers has been apologetic so would warn anyone to stay away. APC wouldn’t return any of my calls or emails.

So from me to Gary and all the arsemen and cattle bandits at the depot hope you enjoyed my food and the other customers you stole. I hope the lack of reply is because you choked. Merry Christmas and a happy new year chaps xox

No contact from APC - Meat product was to be delivered using an overnight service. Tried to phone depot, but they are not taking calls, and no one has replied to email. Fortunately the company I have ordered from will honour the transaction and resend, but there has been no comms at all from the delivery company.

Reliable company, plus very friendly. Thanks very much 😊
