1Hi Im sorry you are disappointed with the job. I do recall having to send the fitters back the following day to re do the cill as you rang saying you werent happy with the finish. However we havent had any calls from you since. To see this review was surprising as we have nothing but good reviews. The fact that our fitters took less time than our sales person suggested would ordinarily be welcomed by our customers as it would mean less disturbance. And regarding the us asking for the balancing payment early also surprises me as we only ever call for payment when the job is complete, the balance was £2300 not £3000 also. We will call you today to discuss any issues. Kind regards
