my father died didn't use chairlift he was in hospital when fitted and died 3 weeks later, thought they would take it back, but they offered us £200.00. It cost us £900

My severely disabled friend bought a new mobility scooter from you 18 months ago. Three days ago the scooter broke down. Fortunately two members of the public managed to get my friend & the scooter home. A appointment was made, through your shop, for a mechanic to come out on the Monday. The mechanic did not turn up. My friend phoned your shop the next day. The lady said she would look into it. We are still awaiting a return phone call from the shop (Wednesday). I called into shop and was met with a very unhelpful shop assistant who said she was busy (shop was deserted). Unbelievable lack of customer care. We are now taking my friend to another mobility shop tomorrow to hopefully sort out a repair for his scooter. Thank you Broadgreen mobility shop for your lack of help and support for a very vulnerable member of society. I am totally disgusted with the way my friend has been treated. He has bought two scooters from you previously but I will advise him to shop somewhere else in future

Hi Gary the service your company provided today was second to none as a family we were so grateful to get the stair lift fitted for our mum as it has given her some of her independence back after an illness we thought she wouldn't recover from so thank you so much for your speedy service amazing!!

From start to finish Mobility Shop have been attentive and helpful with my every needs. Got a wet room and downstairs loo fitted to help with my dad's reduced mobility. I cannot begin to explain how patient everyone was with my dad and ensured the bathroom was perfect for his disability.

Had shower fitted at a cost of £3600;it was supposed to be for disabled use,it is not; just a bog standard screen with a seat in; Slippy, off the ground,can’t control water ;whole thing has to come out;(total waste of money ;all done by the EXSperts! That’s why we used Moblity shop; now got to fined more money to have the job done properly; would not use this firm again ( nothing they fitted is for disabled) getting a firm in to rip it all out;and start again: this time it should be fine as the Mobility help are seeing that it’s done right; Ken boy
