We’ve had a foul smell from the pipe connecting our washing machine for a long time now and assumed it was a drain problem. We called Tommy, who concluded straight away that, if it were a drain problem, we’d have noticed it years ago.
Although the problem seemed to be a bit of a mystery, he noticed something not quite right in the water level in the pipe which happened when the loo was flushed and decided that a particular part was required to attach to the pipework to solve the problem. Without further ado he went to the 2 nearest outlets that might stock it and, as they didn’t, found a store several miles away, brought it back and fitted it, all without complaint.
The level of service provided by Tommy can’t be beaten and the way that he identified the problem, which had stumped other experts, was exceptional.
