Rude customer service

Absolutely rude customer service we had a skip from this company and they said it was to full we said we wouldn’t do it again and they dropped another one then made a complaint to our customer which caused a problem which we thought had been dealt with. I then rang them to find out what was still wrong and they threatened that if I don’t like it they will come and remove the skip so I told them to come and get it and give us our money back.
