After ridiculous quotes for our project we discussed the scope of works with Martin, a large rear extension and some reconfiguring of the existing house, as well as a new roof. Martin wanted to offer his services at a weekly rate instead of a fixed price quote due to the size of the project and there being a lot to consider and price for, half a dozen steel beams to be installed as an example. We agreed and Martin kept to the start date he had promised. Compared to the quotes we got from elsewhere we saved a lot of money using AMPM. He discussed with us at every stage through the build any advice he had or any queries, his communication and professionalism were second to none. Nothing is too much trouble for Martin, he was always friendly and approachable and the attention to detail in his work is impressive. There are no cutting corners with Martin he does everything as it should be done. Anyone looking for an honest reliable tradesman then look no further than Martin, he is your man!

Just had a garage built by Martin and really pleased with it. Martin was helpful even before the build started by helping us with planning permission. Very please with Martin (A.M.P.M.Bulilders & Roofers) he removed and replaced the joists in front room and bedroom and also replaced floorboards in both rooms. This is the 2nd time Martin has done work for us, he previously put airbricks around our bungalow. Very diligent and professional and you even get a hug when he’s finished!
