5It’s a family business and so whilst their service is available to all locally and nationally, they have a definite community feel. Their fitters, Dave and Andy know their trade, specialist knowledge on sash windows, super friendly, super helpful, giving advice where needed. The service is first class. Have I said that already? Well, I mean it! From 8 in the morning until 4am, they did not stop working, kept going. The overall job was for a repair to the cords of my sash windows and whilst they made it look easy, it was not. Taking the windows apart carefully, locating them sensitively elsewhere and going through the engineering mechanism, making sure the weights were balanced, greasing the cords individually and ensuring that all worked better than they ever had before
