5Thankfully that wasn't the case and Andrew had it back up and running in little over an hour and for a fraction of the cost of replacing it.
He also advised us that regular servicing would've avoided the problem in the first place so we'll be making arrangements for that in the near future.
He arrived in good time and was very considerate of his working area using dust sheets to save from making a mess.
I highly recommend ringing them if you have any plumbing or heating problems!
