Excellent service and a nice guy too

Had various jobs done, reroofing of a garage, plastering and sorting out guttering. I was so pleased with the job that I immediately booked another job to make some built in cupboards. A K will explain all aspects of the job, get your input and will keep to the quotation. A K is such a nice guy that you don't mind him being around - unlike some builders. Would thoroughly recommend A K, especially when you have lots of different jobs since he can do most things or brings in contractors he already knows to help or for specialist roles.

Reliability is crucial when it comes to home improvement projects, and AK John certainly delivered. They were consistently punctual, showing up early and staying late when necessary to ensure the project stayed on track. This dedication to the timeline was greatly appreciated, and it made the entire process stress-free.
Communication was another strong point, one standout aspect of the service was going above and beyond. It's rare to find a contractor who willingly takes on extra tasks without nickel-and-diming the client, and AK John's willingness to do so was a pleasant surprise.
The fact that AK John was always available to answer the phone when called was a testament to their commitment to customer satisfaction. Having a good contractor was appreciated. plus very affordable.
