Andrew is one in a million

Contacted Andrew at A J John for a wooden floor which needed some repairs. Andrew is one in a million. I have lost count how many traders have let us down this year. It has been the usual story of not turning up, or if they do and they tell you they will get back to you with a quote it never happens. Andrew came when he said he would, gave us the quote there and then, then came the next day to carry out the work. He doesn’t push unnecessary work on to you so keeps the cost down. He made the floor more solid and safer for us. Also he gets on with the work and works hard. Would definitely use A J John again and also recommend the company to anyone who needs jobs on their house carrying out.

Brilliant workman

John did some pointing work on a front garden wall for us. He is reliable friendly, polite and an extremely industrious worker .He was on time and stuck to the agreed schedule and the work he did was great and a reasonable price .
We have some other jobs that need doing in the future and would call John with no hesitation.

Major Office Project

Contacted AK out of the blue after reading reviews to do a very large office building project.

I was so happy with the work. He is a brilliant guy and his help is as good. I would definitely recommend AK for any work.

About to get AK to put in a kitchen for my mums flat.

Excellent service and a nice guy too

Had various jobs done, reroofing of a garage, plastering and sorting out guttering. I was so pleased with the job that I immediately booked another job to make some built in cupboards. A K will explain all aspects of the job, get your input and will keep to the quotation. A K is such a nice guy that you don't mind him being around - unlike some builders. Would thoroughly recommend A K, especially when you have lots of different jobs since he can do most things or brings in contractors he already knows to help or for specialist roles.
