Go elsewhere - just wants your call-out fee

Was only interested in getting the call-out fee (£55) to diagnose the problem (which I'd already worked out with a 2 min internet search), no follow-up at all from him - not interested in actually fixing the dishwasher.

My dishwasher had an intermittent fault, not always running through the cycle. The fault was quickly sorted and repaired so really pleased. Reasonable cost too. Would recommend highly.
