Had cause to use Winski in Dunfermline after encountering an issue with my Tag Heuer watch following upon a service by their outsourced watch repairer. Whilst irked at error (not Winski's fault) they could not have been more professional nor generous in their handling of this matter.

Jemma in particular was attentive and kept me updated on progress - there were delays in a part arriving - and chased for the work to be completed as quickly as possible.

I needed to purchase, but couldn’t get to the shop myself. No online purchase option, no problem! Called the shop with my requirements, within 30 minutes I had pictures of options messaged to me, completed payment by phone, more photos of the gift wrapped item and collected by a family member later.
I’ve used the shop before for simple repairs and found their service brilliant. Their remote customer service was also amazing.

Called in to have watch battery replace, excellent service.
Also asked about windup watch service as watch wasn't going for long. We're shown how much to wind it up and advised to see if that works in first instance if not would service it.
Could have just said yes to service but said rather than go to service check out is advise works.
Nice to see someone being so helpful.
Will use Winski's again without doubt.

Having recently purchased a ring for my wife, they didn’t have it in stock and I needed it in a hurry, it was supplied next day, the lady in the shop (Jennifer) even txt me to inform, both the ladies in the shop were extremely professional and helpful, it pays to use quality jewellers, I was extremely happy with the experience of a quality jeweller,I have used many times in the past they have been in Bruce St for many many years, I would highly recommend.

Got a bit added to my wedding ring having had to get it cut off. The member of staff I dealt with was very efficient, helpful and friendly. Got the job done to my satisfaction and got the ring back on my finger a week after I handed it in. Thank you AJW.
