Andy, Russ and Jim showed their experience with older properties when they extended our house and made structural alterations. Their planning was excellent and each day’s work was reviewed with us. We were impressed by their ability to make suggestions to improve our original plan and overcome the inevitable unexpected hitches. They worked effectively and considerately around us for 5 months over the winter. We appreciated their good nature, humour and patience. We are very pleased with the outcome and the standard of work, and feel the comfort of our house is much improved.

We have been delighted by the work of Andy and his team in transforming our house. We asked Andy to undertake a significant renovation on the back of our house and he has been absolutely brilliant in delivering this to our specification and we are very pleased with the results. Andy and his team have shown a huge amount of care and dedication in getting it right for us - working hard and problem solving in a way that has been really valuable and appreciated. The team were also incredibly considerate for the five months that they spent on site in our house, they were great with the neighbours, joked with the children and carefully tidied up after themselves and ensured our house was as liveable as possible in the mayhem of a fairly ambitious renovation. The wider team of people they employ are also all excellent. Andy was great at checking in, communicating and keeping us updated. We feel that the service they provided was excellent value for money.

Andy and his team spent 8 months working on our building project. We found them to be a highly professional, dedicated, and skilled team. They took a very considered and pragmatic ‘can do’ attitude to the build even when faced with unexpected adversities Or new materials/techniques.
Having dreaded the disruption of builders, in actual fact Andy, Russ and Jim were very easy to have around and worked hard to minimise the impact of the build on our daily living making the whole project as stress free as is possible. They were always punctual, turning up every day. They showed consideration to our neighbours.
We have been consistently impressed with their quality of work as well as that of any sub-contracted work done.
Andy worked hard to bring the project in on budget, he stuck to the quotes and we found him honest.
The project took longer than initially planned mainly due to the adding on of further jobs on our part.
We are very happy indeed with the result of their hard work!
