Keep sending their drivers to the wrong address even though I have stated so many times it’s incorrect! They never answer the phone, times to fix wheelchairs are ridiculous. Not impressed when people rely on these services!

Needed new footplate to manual wheelchair. They said that they would order it. Phoned up a week later and they said part was in but because of bank holiday it would be two weeks before it was fitted. I said we had no escape from house in case of fire without the wheelchair working - but to no avail. I'm sure the NHS contractays their repairs shoul be speedier.

Fantastic service from AJ this week, 2 chairs fixed in 24 hours with several areas to work on and new parts! A special thanks to Ben and Andy and the team for sorting it all out with door to door service. Happy customers T&H

Terrible company that couldn't care less for disabled people. I've used AJ mobility on numerous occasions over the last 6 years .The engineers that aj mobility send out are unqualified, don't know what they are doing half the time .There was one very rude engineer that turned up after waiting 4 weeks for parts, when he arrived and started working on my wheelchair the parts that I payed 600 pounds for were wrong. The engineer did try and fix one problem with the main computer on board the wheelchair with a new main wire .After 20 min he had sorted the problem and 3 min later it was not working again ,I asked why is it not working, his reply was "I dont know ".
He was very rude to me and left in a hurry. My wheelchair was now in a worse state than when he arrived,all the wires hanging out of the bottom of the chair.
I had to take it to another repair centre and they informed me that the wheelchair had been wired BACK TO FRONT, completely wrong.
NEVER USE AJ MOBILITY. INCOMPETENT

I needed some new parts for my wheel so rang AJM for assistance, spoke to a HQ centre in Hailsham, Sussex, who were very helpful and courteous, and arranged an appointment for engineer to visit to my home to fit them and give my wheelchair a service too. Engineer came, on time, and was very polite and professional, and he fitted what needed to be changed. I also needed a part that I didn't order first with AJM HQ and the engineer said he would order it and HQ will be in touch to arrange a suitable appointment date. They did just that, and today a local engineer from the Worthing unit came and fitted it, so I am very happy with their excellent service provided to me.
