Took my dwarf hamster in after he had a wart growing in his ear...Dr Robson saw to it and gave the appropriate options and didn’t overcharge me for anything unnecessary! Was a quick visit and handled my hamster kindly! Also got an appointment the day after calling which was great. Was a wonderful service thank you!

I visited this practice in April 2018 with my cat who had a sore on her back.

They told me it was just an infection. Last Sunday, a couple of days after seeing them, I took my cat to another vets as she had stopped eating and didn't seem to be improving. As soon as the vet saw the sore they immediately said that the sore looked like cancerous tumour. Unfortunately my cat had to be put down that day.

I don't believe that anything else could have been done if my cat diagnosed correctly, however it certainly would have caused less suffering and pain for her. I am very concerned about the level of care they gave - I do not believe they fully inspected the wound - I was in and out of the practice very quickly.

When I was approaching the practice, a woman stopped me in the street and warned me about the practice saying that her cat has been mis-sexed and another pet which has been misdiagnosed. I wish I had listened to her and went elsewhere.

Friendly and knowledgeable. The vet and staff genuinely care about the animals. She always remembers my cat and he really likes her.

I have only registered my animals over last few years, but would recommend the service i get. The lady vet is superb, but she is also very direct. I prefer this. She is not there to make me feel better, and as long as my animals are well treated, thats all i care about. Im never charged in excess, always very fairly. I will continue to use them.

Wouldn't have even given them one star, the most rude and unhelpful woman ever, I rang to ask about booking my puppy's second injection. Considering they were going to make money out of me I would have expected them to be nice and helpful, instead all she said was "We didn't give your puppy his first injection so how do we know what he's had." After ringing other vets and they didn't ask this I rang back. She didn't know it was me again and she was just as rude and unhelpful as before, I told her that I had his certificate from the other vet, she was still rude and said that she couldn't be sure that's what he'd definitely had. So rude and unhelpful, I didn't go through with the booking and hope to never have to speak to that woman again.
