Anthony allowed me to talk and undestand myself

Counselling was nerve racking at the start. I was very nervous but soon felt at ease and was able to really talk about what was going on rather than try to pretend that everything was OK.
It didn't take too many sessions before I started to feel better and started living again. Thanks Anthony.
