Right from the first contact the team were helpful and informative. They came to view the job on the Tuesday and provided a fair quote the next day. Brian then called on the Wednesday to say they could fit us in that day. The fitter came and removed the glass splash back expertly with no damage or mess in the kitchen within 15 minutes and also took away the old glass splash back. Excellent job and service all round would recommend to anyone.

I ordered a new glass for the door of my wood burner. They cut the in their factory which I picked up from Glenrothes. The glass was £57. plus about £16. on petrol. I fitted the glass on my wood burner door, I closed the door and the glass broke. It had been cut too big. I phoned them the next day and reported what had happened. They said bring the glass over to them to check. I said it would cost me another £16. that I could not afford, he said he would have someone working in Leven the next week and would send them to my house to check the size of the glass and if it was too big I would get a refund. That was than 2 weeks ago, no one has came yet and they keeps ignoring my e-mails. I am a 73 year old pensioner and told them I could not afford to loose the amount of money. I bought another piece the glass form a place in Dunfermline for £44. They post themselves as a 'family business'. I sent him an e-mail saying a company is only as good as its word.

Been using AJ Glass for years, they provide a quality product at an exceptional price. Alex, Donna and Caroline have always offered my company excellent customer service. We ordered a coloured / tempered glass late last week, and it was delivered yesterday. no other glass supplier has offered me such a service.

No idea where the bad reviews are coming from . My sister and mother have both used AJ glass for balustrades. Great service and quality job for both. I recently used them to get a custom glass shower screen made / fitted. First class. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

I used to use aj glazing all the time but this last job they never appear. 4/5 times I have changed plans, cancelled appointments and been fobbed off and left hanging about waiting for them to turn up as promised but they never do. I guess they only look after their big customers now.
