My father & I have recently had extensive dealings with AJ Brooke whilst making arrangements for my mother’s final journey. We dealt with Gemma, Liz & Michelle & at all times they were genuine & sincere. The service we received was second to none. Always professional & compassionate. They set up a WhatsApp group to aid communication & it worked brilliantly - we were able to ask questions & to provide photos etc - all of which were dealt with immediately. It was a difficult time but made so much more bearable through the amazing care we received. From the first phone call, to making the arrangements, preparing mum for her journey to the actual funeral service & beyond AJ Brooke were fantastic & we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them 100%
